HVAC Field Supervisor / Master Technician
The HVAC Field Supervisor / Master Technician leads the local team of technicians in delivering high-quality HVAC services to residential and light commercial clients. This individual has 10+ years of experience and is a Master Technician, capable of performing advanced diagnostics, installations, and overseeing training and mentorship for junior techs. Responsibilities include site inspections, quality control, customer relations, coordinating same-day service, and ensuring full compliance with code and safety standards. In addition, this person “owns” their location and supports all marketing and sales efforts to grow their location customer base. They are compensated hourly, plus commission, plus free health care, plus an annual profit-sharing bonus. Pay Range is $85,000 to $200,000.
HVAC Installer
The HVAC Installer is responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both new construction and replacement settings. Duties include setting up ductwork, wiring, thermostats, condensers, air handlers, and furnaces. The installer ensures that systems meet local code requirements, follow manufacturer guidelines, and operate efficiently. Strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness on-site are essential. They are compensated for piece rate for every installed completed, plus have Free Health Insurance. Pay Range is $75,000 to $150,000.
HVAC Senior Technician (8+ Years)
The Senior Technician has extensive experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. This role supports both residential and light commercial clients with advanced service needs. Responsibilities include system troubleshooting, compressor replacements, refrigerant charging, and leading smaller job crews. The Senior Tech also plays a leadership role by mentoring junior technicians and maintaining high customer satisfaction through expert-level service and communication. They are compensated hourly, plus commission, plus free health care. Pay Range is $75,000 to $150,000.
HVAC Junior Technician (2 to 8 years)
The Junior Technician works alongside lead techs and installers to service and maintain HVAC systems. They have a solid foundation of technical skills and are capable of performing basic diagnostics, replacing parts like capacitors or contactors, and supporting installations. This role is ideal for a tech looking to build toward a senior role while continuing to learn in the field. They have obtained their full NATE certification. Strong communication and a willingness to follow procedures are key. They are compensated hourly, plus commission, plus free health care. Pay Range is $60,000 to $120,000.
HVAC Green Technician (0 to 2 years)
The Apprentice Technician is an entry-level position designed for individuals new to the HVAC trade. This role includes assisting with service calls, helping with installations, providing equipment transport, and cleanup duties while learning directly from experienced techs. Additionally, the Apprentice technician would perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment. The position offers hands-on training with real-world exposure to HVAC systems, safety protocols, and customer interaction. A great attitude, mechanical curiosity, and reliability are the most important qualifications. They are compensated hourly, plus commission, plus free health care. Pay Range is $50,000 to $100,000.
